Grå granitsten. Højde ca. 188 cm, bredde (max) 40 cm og tykkelse ca. 22 -
23 cm. Runeindskrift, der i oversættelse lyder: "NN lod disse kumler gøre,
Harald .... rm....".
Stenen ligger nede på en lille græsbevokset højning nær "Kongernes kilde"
i Landerupgårds park.
