Runesten af granit/gnejs. Stenen er ca. 170 cm høj (målt over gulvet),
82-120 cm bred og 56 cm tyk. Indskriften er placeret på den ene bredside
af stenen.
Indskriften lyder i oversættelse: ” Thorgot (mand) eller Thorgund (kvinde)
satte denne sten efter sin fader Halvdan”.
Opbevares i våbenhuset i Gørlev Kirke.
