Runesten af granit. Stenen er 147 cm høj, 54 cm bred og 47 cm tyk. På
stenens bagside er der en billedfremstilling af en hind og en hjort.
Sandsynligvis en kristen billedfremstilling.
Indskriften er placeret på stenens bredside med en tilføjelse på stenens
højre smalside. Bredsidens tekstbånd begynder i nedre venstre hjørne, og
indskriften fortsætter nedefra og op på smalsiden.
