Runesten af granit. Stenen er 106,5 cm høj og 30,5 cm bred målt på det
største sted. Stenen er et fragment.
Stenens indskrift lyder i oversættelse: ” Toke(?), {lutaris}'s søn, satte
denne sten efter Asti sin søn”.
Stenen er indmuret i Ferslev kirkes våbenhus.
